Who owns the audit results?
You do. A report we produce about your website is yours. We do not publish it, resell it, feed it to a public dataset, or use your site as a named example in marketing without your written permission. We will delete our copy on request. The two sites named in our own published figures are operated by the same owner as AnswerOpen, which is why we can name them.
What are your rights?
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email smhsu11@gmail.com and we will action it. Because we hold so little, these requests are usually resolved the same day.
